Types of Data Collected
We collect two categories of data:
- Data provided directly by you: Name and email address, used solely for contact purposes.
- Navigation Data: Technical information that does not personally identify you (browser type, device, country, visited pages). This data is collected automatically by Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Purpose of Processing
- Data provided directly is processed to respond to your request.
- Navigation data is processed to analyze site usage, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Data provided directly – processed based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(a)). You may revoke consent at any time.
- Navigation data – processed based on our legitimate interest in monitoring and improving the website (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f)).
Analytics Tools
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic analysis. The service is privacy-conscious: it does not set cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not perform fingerprinting. Data is aggregated and cannot be linked to an individual. For details, refer to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
- Data provided directly is retained only for the period necessary to handle your request.
- Navigation data is retained in an anonymous and aggregated form for analytical purposes.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Limit or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format (data portability)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
